What's New As our nationwide consortium membership grows, ConceptBuilders continues to offer our customers a broader spectrum of skills, services, products, and cost reduction programs. Our mission is to continue to offer our customers a Total Solution to their display and merchandising requirements wherever in the country those requirements exist. To this end we would like to introduce you to our newest members: Metal/fx, Verlo Industries, Eureka Fabrication, Milgo/Bufkin and Colosseo Design. Metal/fx was founded in 1976 and is located about 140 miles north of San Francisco at the gateway to the redwoods. They have more than 320,000 square feet of manufacturing floor space dedicated to providing the highest quality workmanship while meeting our customers’ expectations. They have a metal products division, a wood products division, a contract assembly division, and a new kiosk division. Their expertise covers metal, wood, glass, plastic, rapid prototyping, laser capabilities, painting/ plating/silk screening, POP displays, store fixtures, kiosks, full product assembly, and small/medium/large production runs. They can do almost everything and they are right here in California. Let them see your vision and they will make it a reality.

Eureka Fabrication comes to us with one facility in Northern California and another in North Carolina. They strengthen our ability to build your fixtures where they will be used thereby saving you money by not having to ship across the country. Eureka comes with the newest state-of-the-art equipment and the skills and experience required to manufacture from “simple to sophisticated.” They can laser cut with their fully automated equipment, they can virtually bend any type of metal using the patented Automatic Controlled Bending (ACB) process for the highest quality, they can do MIG, TIG or Arc welding, they can machine just about anything you or your designers can envision. They can also perform hardware insertion, graining, stroke sanding, CNC sawing, milling, chemical plating, and powder coating. Eureka is committed to giving our customers quality products, on time deliveries, and extremely competitive prices. They will work with our other consortium members to provide you with completed products that can encompass engineering design, metal, wood, plastic, glass, wire, membrane press, advanced kiosks, and even store installations at prices that will make you happy that you chose the ConceptBuilders Consortium.
Have you ever wanted to design something out of metal that would really make your store outstanding and unique? Was it something that most designers would consider "over the top"? Did you really want to do it but couldn’t find anyone to fabricate your vision? You probably didn’t know about Milgo/Bufkin. These folks have been around for 85 years utilizing skilled craftsmen to fabricate the most unique metal designs you can imagine. They can produce anything from massive curtain wall components for the world’s tallest buildings, to decorative metals for lobbies, to monumental sculpture, to intricate grilles, to OEM components. The only limitation is your imagination. They work in steel, stainless steel, colored stainless steel, titanium, aluminum, bronze, brass copper, and painted and enameled metals. Milgo/Bufkin has developed a technology called Stochastic Imaging. This technology allows our customers to print any picture onto any substrate. The pictures can be bonded onto stone, glass, metal, wood, plastic, mirror, etc. The resolution is up to 2400 dpi (the quality of a photo) and the substrate size can be up to 5 feet by 10 feet. This can be utilized either indoors or outdoors and the metal can be fabricated into the finished product after the imaging.
